Day 10 - The Taste of Sea

Here's today dishes.

So, Hui Ting went back. Apparently i'm the only one available to write our post FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS. Bear with me because i'm really quite tired these few days.

String Beans with Bean Curd

This dish here is called string beans well, some people called it simply by green beans. In chinese the name is sometimes called the four seasons beans (四季豆) while sometimes it is called the turtle bean (乌龟豆), which both aetiologies to me are unknown. This dish is fried together with Bean Curd, definitely not one of Hui Ting's favourite. I kinda think that my mum cook better at this dish though. Overall, it's slightly salty yet acceptable. The chili slices works kind of like decoration though, i have no idea why... it doesn't taste spicy. LOL. 7/10 maybe generous haha xD

Braised Eggs in Soy Sauce

Eggs, eggs, eggs, i kinda hate talking about eggs and pretty sure i can cooked them myself so, i'm not going to comment on these though. Apparently, if you love eggs, you can try cooking them like this, in a soy sauce base. It would definitely taste like, i'm not sure, it's not salty though, i guessed you need to add lots and lots of water. xD

Herbal Chicken with Goji Berries

So, the meat of the day is Herbal Chicken. I like the taste although it does really taste kind of salty too. However, pretty sure they all taste like that. This dish used to appear in chinese wedding ceremony, in the aluminium foil packed dish. My place definitely has one of the best. xD i'm not judging much but this works for me too. I hope it's more herbal rather than taste saltiness if it appears again in future. 7/10 xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

So, Ht Ununu missed one Bean Curd dish which she definitely will be blessed it appeared, one egg which i have no idea what to say and one not so bad herby chicken, which she will definitely complain. xD I though wished that Shark's Fins here with the chicken xD even if it is fake one xD it would taste much better in that base. XD By the title of the day, it definitely taste kind of a salty today. I'm no fan of hypertension though, so i guessed i hate salt. Off i pop to sleep i go. xD
